Enterprise Development with Flex – first rough cuts

The rough cuts version of the first chapter of the book written by Farata principals is available on Safari books online. The working title of the book is Enterprise Development with Flex, and the printed copy of the book should be available in May-June of 2009.

    Great to know that you would be writing a book, Myself being from the java world and moving to the Flex side, i would definitely be interested in reading the book at the earliest.
    I had a look at the release date on the oreilly site for the completed version and it said Dec 2009 ,while you mention it as June 2009 . ?

  2. We’ll finish submitting all the chapters to O’Reilly in about two months. It should take them another two-three month to print the book.
    If you like to read the book sooner, subscribe to safaribooks online (or have your employer to do this). The second chapter on comparing Flex frameworks should be up next week.

  3. Thanks for the update, i’m fairly new to Flex and after reading RIA with Adobe Flex and Java I can’t wait for your new book to come out.
