Enjoyed this one. Great narration too !

He certainly got his point across without stepping on any toes and I guess that makes good corporate sense. I myself would probobly be the guy wearing an "Ajax is for dishes...Flex is for problem solving" T-Shirt to an interview like that one. :)

Me either, I take my hat off too.

Jeff did a great comments in a right time moment, due to the fact as you pointed. Ajax is pretty usefull here and there for small snippted application as simple as possible. But the excability of Flex isn't comparable to any other such platform.

Here in Brazil, we have great community using Ajax, but both are signed and deep look into Flex to large scale web app.

The same luxury you have I have too, Flex is a progressive paltform technology the big integration with Java and any other server-side techonology brings flex to a fit position absolute. Expect from the term that isn't comparable to other RIA Solutions like WPF.

Several technology has both sides of idea. Using the right answer as Jeff said.

Don't be purist or extremist, Flex can fits in several revelant application uses.
